Churchgate Lettings was initially created to complement our sales division – Churchgate Properties. By providing a fully comprehensive lettings and management service, it was the next natural and final step for all clients wishing to achieve an immediate return on investment. 
The continuous synergy between the group’s businesses, means a constant flow of both property to let and individuals wishing to rent property for both the short and the long term. It also allows for diverse and varied marketing initiatives with all businesses complementing one another. We work with many large corporate companies and bodies that provide a regular and professional tenant bank for our landlords. And with our existing off-plan projects, prospective tenants can reserve their property prior to it being released, meaning landlords have a guaranteed tenant prior to completion. 
Our extensive knowledge of property includes lettings, sales, mortgages and other financial investments, so our experienced team are therefore well placed to advise and support all landlords and tenants through the entire process effectively and efficiently.
